  • We do both. Our crew does all the demo, rough carpentry, framing, setting windows/doors, finish carpentry, setting cabinets, and tile work.

We use subs for other things like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, siding, concrete, drywall, painting. We are proud to support our local subcontractors and have been loyally partnering with them for 15 years.

  • We discuss this when we present the estimate because every job is unique and the timeline depends on the amount of work involved.

  • We hope to be able to offer solutions in the future. For now, we suggest you talking with your bank to do a HELOC or a personal loan to save on interest rates.

  • Most, but not all projects, will require a permit. If a permit is required, we take on the responsibility of filling all the necessary documents and obtaining the permit.
